1. Affidavit-in-opposition filed by learned counsel for the alleged contemnor no.

1/WBSEDCL as per previous direction of this Court be kept with the record.

However, in view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, no affidavit-in-reply is invited from the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, it is deemed that none of the allegations made in the affidavit-inopposition are admitted by the petitioner.

3. Although certain apparently typographical errors are pointed out in the affidavit-in-opposition, the court chooses to gloss over the same in view

of the compliance of the order by the alleged contemnor.

4. Learned counsel for both the parties submit that the order has been complied with. Accordingly, there would be no use in keeping the contempt application unnecessarily pending.

5. Hence, CPAN No. 1135 of 2024 is disposed of as infructuous.

6. There will be no order as to costs.
