This is a contempt proceeding arising from an order dated September 16, 2025 passed by this Court. On the prayer of the learned advocate for the petitioner the new incumbent Sri Kaushik Saha in place of alleged contemnor no. 2 is impleaded as an added contemnor.

The impleadment shall be carried out in the cause-title of the original contempt application by putting the signature of the learned advocate on record for the petitioner. The petitioner shall serve a copy of the amended contempt application upon all the alleged contemnors and file an affidavit-of-service on the next day.

The matter shall appear under the heading "Contempt Application" on June 26, 2026.
