Learned advocate for the petitioner candidly submits that this revisional application is now become infructuous as the impugned judgement and order No.15 dated 29th June, 2017 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 3rd Court, Barrackpore, North 24-Parganas in Criminal Revision No.14 of 2015 whereby he dismissed the revisional application by affirming the order dated 15th December, 2014 passed by the Court of learned Executive Magistrate, Barrackpore, North 24-Parganas in MP Case No. 602 of 2014 being a proceeding under Section 107 of the CrPC, has lost his force.

Accordingly, CRR 2219 of 2017 is dismissed as infructuous. The connected application being CRAN 1 of 2017 is also disposed of.

The interim order, if any, stands vacated.
