Mr. Gaus Ul Alam ...for the petitioners Ms. Subhasree Patel Mr. Sarthak Mondal ..for the State Heard the learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of an injured victim taking the names of the present petitioners among others as assailants and considering the other materials available in the case diary including the postmortem report, I do not consider this is to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected.
