This case pertains to year 2017.

The instant application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code,1973 seeking quashing of Titagarh P.S. Case No. 398 of 2017 dated 13.6.2017 under Section 323/324/506/379/406/448/426/186/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(X) of SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989.

In spite of pendency of the case since 2017 no one represented the petitioners as such it indicates petitioners are no more interested in the instant case.

Under such circumstances, CRR No. 2223 of 2017 is thus, for dismissed for default without any order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, be vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below for information.

Urgent xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocate for the parties on usual undertakings.
