Learned Advocates for the petitioner submit that the petitioner is the mother of the principal accused, who has been falsely arraigned as an accused for having assisted her son in commission of the alleged offence.

Learned Advocates for the State submits that investigation is going on and relying on the case diary submitted that the victim girl has not yet been recovered. Having heard the learned advocates for the parties and on considering the material placed in the case diary, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

CRM 7427 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
