The writ petitioner is aggrieved that despite complaint dated 12.04.2022 to the Bhadreshwar Police Station, no steps have been taken to address the same. Learned counsel for the State submits that the private respondents have instituted T. S. No. 307 of 2021 which is now pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Chandannagar, Hooghly where interim orders have been passed.

The petitioner may seek appropriate remedies in respect of the civil dispute with the private respondents either in the pending suit or in any other proceedings that he may institute in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of.

Instructions of Bhadreswar Police Station dated 01.08.2022 is taken on record.

There will be no order as to costs.
