The matter is listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" since typographical errors occurred in the cause title of the orders dated 16.01.2025, 17.01.2025 as well as in the judgment dated 21.01.2025.

In view of such, the word 'Kalam' be deleted from the said two orders and from the said judgment and in its place, the word 'Kamal' be inserted.

Necessary corrections in this regard are made by me in Court today.

Let this order be treated as part of the orders dated 16.01.205, 17.01.2025 and the judgment dated 21.01.2025.
