Nobody appears on behalf of either of the parties on call. Even on earlier occasion no one represented the petitioner, nor accommodation sought for.

This case pertains to the year 2017. The instant application has been filed by the petitioner under section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, challenging the order dated 29.3.2017 passed by learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track, 14th Court at Alipore in Criminal Motion 468 of 2016 arising out of the entire proceeding pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, 5th Court at Alipore in M. Execution case no. 3/2006 under section 125(3) of Criminal Procedure Code connected with Misc. Case no. 654/1996/T.R. 1/1998 under section 125 of Criminal Procedure Code.

It seems that the petitioner has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CRR 2229 of 2017 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let the order be communicated to the Ld. Court below for information.
