1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary particularly the statement of the victim directly implicating the petitioner for the alleged offence and having regard to the fact that she has specifically stated that the petitioner has uploaded undesirable pictures and videos of her in the social media, which is also corroborated from the statement of the two eye-witnesses available in the case diary, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

4. The I.O shall take necessary steps in the light of the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
