On previous two days i.e. 24.09.2021 and 30.11.2021 also no one was present.

The writ petition is pending since 2015.

On perusal of the record it is noticed that the petitioners had challenged the memo dated 28.04.2015 and 06.05.2015 issued by the concerned State authority in respect of the distribution of foodgrains through the PDS.

It is not known that after lapse of six years if the grievance of the petitioners is still surviving. Since no one is present for the petitioners to prosecute the petition, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
