Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated since the petitioner support a particular political party. He submits that, the bank accounts of the petitioner stands frozen as on date. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the petitioner along with the family members and the other persons known to him received benefits of a government scheme lawfully.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner and the fact that the public money is involved, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 7429 of 2021 is dismissed.
