The West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited and others Mr. Moniruzzaman .... for the petitioner Mr. Jayanta Basu ....for the WBSEDCL Learned counsel for the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) submits that last week the WBSEDCL has already served a quotation on the petitioner for the purpose of the petitioner complying with the same to get a new permanent electricity connection for operating his submersible pump.

In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the WBSEDCL is requested to hand over a copy of the said quotation to his counterpart appearing for the petitioner by tomorrow.

The petitioner shall now comply with all necessary formalities, including the deposit of all required sums, for the WBSEDCL to give the said electricity connection to the petitioner.

Accordingly, WPA No. 17474 of 2022 is disposed of as infructuous.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
