Re: W.P.A. 17475 of 2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition and approach the appropriate authority under Section 10(4) of West Bengal Highways Act, 1964.

In view of the same, the writ petition being W.P.A. 17475 of 2022 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

The petitioners are at liberty to approach the concerned authority under Section 10(4) of the Act of 1964 to ventilate their grievances.

There shall be no order as to costs.
