No. CAN 3 of 2024 Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has moved an application under Order 22 Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure for substitution of legal heirs of deceased defendant no.2, Raghunath Kamalia and defendant no.3, Biswajit Kamila. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of legal heirs be substituted in the revisional petition in place of deceased defendant. Let the amended petition moved by the counsel for the parties be taken on record. Notice be also issued on the proposed legal heirs/representatives through permissible mode. Learned Counsel for the petitioner also submits that in terms of order dated 20th December, 2024, he has deposited the cost of Rs. 5,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Authority, Calcutta. Let

the receipt dated 7th January, 2025 be taken on record.
