1. The matter has been listed in the category "To Be Mentioned". It has been pointed out that in paragraph 14 of the order dated 23rd June, 2025, contains the expression "Trial Court Record be sent back immediately" which has inadvertently been recorded whereas on that date there was no Trial Court Record on board.

2. Therefore, Paragraph 14 of the order dated 23rd June, 2025, stands deleted.

3. Accordingly, the order dated 23rd June, 2025 is modified to the above extent. However, remaining parts of the order stand unaltered.

4. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
