The present revisional application has been preferred praying for quashing of the criminal proceeding being Lake Town P.S. Case No. 196 of 2018 dated 11.12.2018 under Sections 380/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagore. Learned counsel for the State is present with the case diary and submits that the investigation in the present case has ended in a final report being Lake Town P.S. FRT No. 36 of 2020 on the opinion that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature.

Considering the said report, the present revisional application has now become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.

All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
