Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners 04.08.2025 Court No. 35 M/L. No.25 Rakib submit that in spite of a specific case having been registered at Sainthia PS being Sainthia Police Station case no. 269/2025 dated 12.06.2025 no steps have been taken by the police authorities.

State has submitted a report from where it reflects that on conclusion of investigation on or about 30th June, 2025 charge-sheet has been submitted before the jurisdictional Court against some of the accused persons named therein in the FIR.

Since police authorities have taken the investigation to its logical conclusion, if the petitioners are aggrieved regarding the outcome of the investigation, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate with specific prayers. So far as the other issues are concerned, the police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any further untoward incident takes place

because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioners and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 16989 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
