The matter was last heard on 21.02.2020 The present criminal revision of the year 2019 is filed praying for setting aside of an order dated 17.06.2019 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Court, Arambagh, Hooghly in C.R Case No.65 of 2018 under Sections 325/307/34/393/358/506(2) of the IPC.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
