The learned ASGI submits, upon instruction that, the charges on account of penalty has been paid by the petitioner and exit permit has been issued in favour of both the minor children of the petitioner on 15th September, 2025 which is valid till 14th October, 2025.

In view of such submission, there is no requirement of proceeding with the writ petition any further. The writ petition stands disposed of. 4.

It will be open to the petitioner to exit the country relying on the exit permit issued in favour of his minor children.

Instruction dated 15th September, 2025 by the FRRO, Kolkata filed in Court today is taken on record.
