Abu Reja Jaglul Kabir ...for the State Mr. Mihir Kundu ...for the WBSEDCL Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, during pendency of the writ petition, the electric line has been replaced on November 21, 2021, as per the prayer of the petitioner in the writ petition. However, learned counsel appearing for the Distribution Company submits that there are still certain arrears due from the petitioner in respect of such replacement.

W.P.A. No. 18047 of 2021 is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the Distribution Company to proceed against the petitioner, in accordance with law, for recovery of the arrear dues from the petitioner, if any.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
