We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the father of the minor victim who is aged around two years. Materials on record implicate him in the rape of the minor. Keeping in mind the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is, thus, rejected. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.)
