It appears that the present revision was preferred challenging the order dated 21.06.2019.

On perusal of the said order, this court finds no illegality in the said order and as such, the said order requires no interference by this court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has brought notice of this court to the prayer in the revisional application where the petitioner has prayed for splitting of the trial as some of the accused persons were not traceable.

It is now submitted that the trial has commenced and as such, the prayer has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this court finds no illegality in the order challenged and the same requires no interference.

The criminal revision being CRR 2179 of 2019 is accordingly disposed of.
