Mr. Nayak appears for the Election Commission and Mr. Roy appears for the respondent Nos.8 and 9 and submit that the very process of election which has been challenged in the present writ petition, has already been conducted and completed in May, 2025 and a new Board has already been elected.

The writ petition having been filed in July, 2025, much after the election had taken place, was ill advised. 4.

Thus, the writ petition has become infructuous. 5.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
