Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits petitioner did not intend to murder the victim. Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in June, 2022. Date has been fixed for recording prosecution evidence.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record and the stage of the proceeding, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
