Supplementary affidavit is filed as leave was granted by this Court, along with supporting documents showing that the opposite party has remarried. There is no representation on behalf of the opposite party. Learned lawyer for the petitioner intends to pray for appropriate relief before the trial court. By the instant revisional application, the petitioner prayed for setting aside and quashing of the order dated 20.7.2018 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat, North 24 Parganas in Miscellaneous Case No. 3 of 2015. The learned lawyer for the petitioner submits that in view of the present circumstances, his relief lies before the trial court and he intends to move an application under section 127 of Cr.P.C before the trial court. Accordingly, necessary orders may be passed by this Court disposing of this case.

In view of the said submission of the petitioner and the present status of the parties in this case, the Criminal Revision is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pray for appropriate relief before the trial

court, which as and when prayed for, may be disposed of by the trial court as expeditiously as possible. Criminal Revision 2186 of 2019 is accordingly disposed of. All connected applications stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
