The present revisional application of the year 2019 has been preferred against the inordinate delay in disposal of the proceeding being G.R. Case No. 5017 of 2013 arising out of Bally P.S. Case No. 381 of 2013 dated 21.07.2013 under Sections 447/506/195A of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, 5th Court, Howrah. The present revisional application is for expeditious disposal of the case before the trial Court.

As there is no representation on behalf of the State, Ms. Puspita Saha, learned counsel for the State present in Court be appointed to represent the State in this case. Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize her appointment. Considering the materials on record, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the proceedings in the present case within a period of six months from the date of this order, if not already disposed of. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
