1. This matter has come at the instance of the learned counsel for the State for correction the name of the learned advocates representing the State on 24th July, 2024.

2. It appears that instead of Mr. Md. Adil Badr and Mr. MFA Begg, learned counsel for the State, the name of Mr. Adil Bodr and Mr. MFA Begg, learned counsel for the State, has been wrongly mentioned in the said order.

3. Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 24th July, 2024.

4. The server copy shall be corrected accordingly.

5. The other portion of the order dated 24th July, 2024 shall remain unaltered.
