The Compliance Report and the factum of payment made by the respondent authorities be kept with the record. A copy of the account statement of the petitioner dated 20.06.2024 is also taken on record.

It is also submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, there has been compliance by the respondents and the entire amount has been duly paid to the petitioner.

With the above observations, WPA 16996 of 2023 stands disposed of.
