The learned advocate representing the respondent Nos. 3,4 and 5 is to clarify the period of service rendered by the petitioner entitled him to the pensionable gratuity as mentioned in Paragraph 6(i) of the said affidavit.

Such revised calculation of the aforesaid sum along with an interest rate of 6 % consolidated is to be disbursed in favour of the writ petitioner within 60 days of passing of this order.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
