Learned counsel for the State submits that the victim girl has been recovered and placed before the jurisdictional court. The statement of the official respondent in this regard is taken on record.

There is no representation for the writ petitioner.

We do not see that any further process needs to be carried forward in this matter. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pray for such other relief that he may be entitled to in any appropriate jurisdiction in accordance with law, without prejudice.
