It is further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case. Coaccuseds are on bail. Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of the witnesses show petitioner used to give indecent proposal to the housewife. Subsequently, she was murdered at the matrimonial home.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
