The petitioner seeks bail.

Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the petitioner and the State and having considered the fact that a commercial quantity was seized from the possession of the petitioner, we are of the view that the petitioner is not in a position to overcome the restriction under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

Consequently, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 7440 of 2021 is dismissed. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
