It appears from record that for the redressal of the grievance raised in this writ petition, petitioner has made a representation on 23rd December, 2022, before the respondent no.3, which according to the petitioner is still pending and has not been disposed off.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the petitioner, this writ petition being WPA 17017 of 2023 is disposed off by directing the District Magistrate, Purulia/respondent no.3, to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 23rd December,

2022, in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representatives, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
