Mr. Rajendra Banerjee.
...for the Petitioners.
Mr. Rudradipta Nandy, ld. A.P.P., Mrs. Sonali Das.
...for the State.
Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.
We have considered the materials on record. Dying declaration of the victim has implicated the petitioners in the murder. Bail prayer of the petitioner No.2 was rejected earlier. Under such circumstances and in view of gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
