It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that he was cheated by opposite party no. 2 and other accused persons. As the order is an interlocutory one, we dispose of the application giving liberty to the petitioner to agitate his grievances at the time of confirmation of bail in accordance with law, if so advised.

All issues are kept open to be agitated at the appropriate stage in accordance with law.
