1. The petitioners challenge the show cause notice issued by the Bank seeking to declare the petitioners as fraud.

2. The primary contention in the writ petition is that the documents relied upon by the Bank for issuing the show cause notice, have not been served upon the petitioners.

3. The petitioners allege violation of the principles of natural justice.

4. Learned advocate representing the Bank submits, upon instruction that, the petitioner never sought for the documents.

5. Leave is granted to the petitioners to forward to the Bank, by 4th July, 2025, a list disclosing the documents required for the purpose of giving a reply to the show cause notice.

6. If such a request is made, then the documents sought for by the petitioners be either forwarded to the petitioners and if the documents are voluminous, inspection of the documents shall be provided to the petitioners or their authorized representatives at the earliest.

7. The parties shall thereafter take steps in the matter in accordance with law.

8. The writ petition stands disposed of.

9. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
