The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the RTA Board, signed by the Chairman, RTA Hooghly and member, RTA Hooghly.

It has been submitted that the order which has been passed, is not in accordance with law.

I am afraid that the validity of the order passed by the RTA Board cannot be looked into in the contempt jurisdiction. The petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the said order before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, if so advised. The contempt application is disposed of.
