The private respondents in the writ petition are the review applicants in this review petition. They seek review of the order dated April 16, 2024 claiming to be aggrieved by the act of the Pradhan of the concerned Gram Panchayat allegedly performed in compliance of the direction passed by the court on April 16, 2024.

The court has heard the submission made by the learned advocate for the review applicants and is convinced that the review application will not be maintainable.

Any action of the Pradhan in response to the order of the court gives rise to a fresh cause of action and an application for review challenging such action will not be maintainable.

The review application fails and is dismissed. 5.

Consequently, the connected applications are also dismissed.

It will be open for the review applicants to approach the competent forum for redressal of their grievance in accordance with law, if so advised.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
