Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the pleadings of pending Matrimonial Suit are complete, and the logical conclusion of the suit may be reached there after framing issue necessary in this case, depending upon the pleadings of the parties.
No other point is raised requiring address by this Court.
In view of the nature of order proposed to be made in this case, no prior notice is considered to be necessary.
Service upon the opposite party stands dispensed with.
Accordingly, learned Additional District Judge, 7th Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas, in Matrimonial Suit No.2234 of 2018 is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of suit referred hereinabove after causing disposal of interlocutory application, if there be any pending, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable.
While endeavouring such exercise, the present occupation of the parties may be taken into account, and the court below may proceed with the disposal of the suit in a best possible and expeditious manner. With this observation/direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the opposite party and her learned advocate in the court below.
