Petitioner approached this Court being aggrieved 11.08.2025 Court No. 35 M/L. No.776 Rakib by the over action of the police authorities, as the petitioner complains of being implicated in false cases. The said representation was made to the Dholahat Police Station.

State has submitted a report which reflects that a long standing dispute over property is existing. To that effect Title Suit no. 56/12 is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Diamond Harbour. Having regard to the fact that the police authorities would only interfere when there is breach of law and order, I direct that the petitioner would address the other issues before the Civil Court which is in seisin of the dispute relating to the land/property. Further interference by this Court is uncalled for.

Accordingly, WPA 17908 of 2024 is disposed of. Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
