Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

It is submitted on behalf of the State that proclamation of arrest was issued as against the petitioner.

The police case is of 2017.

Considering the long absconsion of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. 7446 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
