The writ petitioner claims that the private respondent/brother is trying to dispossess her from the property which she has been inherited.

It appears to this Court that the disputes between the parties are civil in nature and hence the parties may seek appropriate remedies in this regard. Kotwali Police Station has filed instructions of the Inspector-in-charge, Kotwali Police Station, Krishnagar, Nadia dated 16th August, 2022 addressed to the Government Pleader, High Court, Calcutta. The same is taken on record.

It appears from the said report that the proceedings under Sections 107 and 116(c) of the

Code of Criminal Procedure have been taken out against the private respondent.

Inspector-in-charge, Kotwali Police Station, Krishnagar, Nadia shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area. .

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
