Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he is unable to stay at his residence because of the alleged torture inflicted by the private respondents.

Learned advocate for the private respondents disputes such contention and submits that the accusations which have been made are supposed to be recorded in the CCTV which has been installed in front of the room of the present petitioner.

Prima facie it is a family feud and a family dispute, petitioner has his own demarcated portion at his residence, he would enter his residence and if he is faced with inconveniences he would inform the police station. Accordingly, the police authorities would ensure regarding the senior citizen not being faced with any harassment within the premises.

If the Officer-in-Charge, of Burtolla Police Station feels that the situation is such that it may blown out of proportion, then it would be the discretion of the Officerin-Charge, Burtolla Police Station who would engage a lady police personnel who every alternate day would visit and take information from the petitioner as to whether he is facing any inconveniences at the premises. With the aforesaid observations WPA 16877 of 2025 is disposed of.
