Mr. Abhra Mukherjee, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/complainant submits that the revisional application was with regard to challenge of the charge sheet and presently the trial Court has heard the entire matter and conviction of the petitioner has been passed by the trial Court. Accordingly, there appears to be no lis pending before the trial Court.

In the light of the above submissions, this revisional application is dismissed as infructuous and connected applications, if any, are also disposed of.
