Two applications being CAN 2 of 2024 and CAN 3 of 2024 filed by the petitioner/applicant are pending, by dint of which the petitioner has prayed for recalling of the Court's order dated 11th March, 2024 and 1st May, 2024 in WPA 9925 of 2016 and restoration of the writ petition as above in its original file and number. The learned advocate for the respondent/opposite party appears. He submits that the present applications are to seek recalling of the order dated 11th March, 2024 and 1st May, 2024 by dint of which the Court has dismissed the earlier application of the writ petitioner for restoration of the said the writ petition. He has further submitted that the writ petition as above

originally related to the process of tender of the year 2015/16.

Record reveals that the present applicant had previously filed applications seeking restoration of the writ petition, earlier dismissed for default. The present applications arise due to dismissed of those earlier applications, seeking restoration.

This time also, the applicant is not present, when the matter is called. Insincerity and negligence of the applicant is manifest. A non-diligent litigant is not entitled to any relief from the Court of equity. Hence, the applications being CAN 2 of 2024 and CAN 3 of 2024 are dismissed.
