Upon hearing the learned advocates and considering the averments made in the application, leave is granted to the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner/applicant to correct the cause title and the prayer portion of the application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 7449 of 2021 by incorporating Sections 511 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of non-incorporation of the above Sections in the cause title of the application, the said Sections were also not added in the first paragraph of the order dated 10th February, 2022 passed in CRM 7449 of 2021.

Office is directed to effect necessary correction in the first paragraph of the order dated 10th February, 2022 by incorporating Sections 511 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The other portion of the order shall remain unaltered. The application, being CRAN 1 of 2022 is, thus, disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
