Perused the case diary.

Prosecution case is that due to previous grudge, the petitioners tied the victim to a pole and they indiscriminately assaulted him leading to injuries on vital parts of the body. Considering the above and the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of witnesses and the injury report, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. (A) 2688 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.
