It is further submitted he has been falsely implicated. Accordingly, he prays for bail. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits minor victim is a specially abled child. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the minor shows that the petitioner had forcibly ravished her. She has not been examined as yet. Keeping in mind the aforesaid circumstances and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
