4. Learned counsel for petitioner/applicant prays for and granted 7 days' time to file supplementary affidavit, which may contain his comments against this report as well as he may file relevant documents/photographs along with supplementary affidavit.

5. Advance copy of supplementary affidavit be provided to other counsel.

6. As agreed, list this matter in the week commencing 9th February, 2026.

7. Needless to emphasise that the corporation, as undertaken by them today also, shall continue to demolish the unauthorised portion of the building.
